  Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and Marsh & McLennan Insurance Agency. 

Charise believes that aspiration can take you to many levels in life. If you aspire to be the best in your endeavors, you can accomplish and achieve success. 

Understanding this concept - January 2019 Charise decided to depart her corporate position and open Insurance Solutions by Aspire.   

Charise was honored to be a student who graduated and is now an Alumni of 

The Goldman Sachs Black In Business Program, which invests in talented, black women entrepreneurs to move from Founder to CEO. 

Insurance Solutions by Aspire (IsByAspire), is a full-service insurance agency that focuses on cost savings strategies, compliance and health insurance education including all aspects of The Affordable Care Act. 

IsByAspire encourages clients to take control of their health by taking advantage of being educated on insurance plan options and health resources to assist in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
